In this role, you'll review and evaluate AI-generated content, helping improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of next-generation language models. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in AI annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance who wants to work at the forefront of AI innovation.What you'll be doingReview and evaluate AI-generated responsesLabel and annotate language model outputs according to detailed guidelinesAssess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy complianceIdentify errors, inconsistencies, and edge casesApply annotation guidelines accurately across different content typesMeet quality, accuracy, and productivity targetsProvide valuable feedback that helps improve AI systemsHandle confidential information in accordance with project standards

Requirements

Fluent GermanGood command of English (B2 or higher)Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (essential)Experience with AI data annotation, AI evaluation, RLHF, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), content labeling, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar analytical roleExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong written communication and reading comprehensionHigh attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environmentProfessional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
