German-Speaking Business Development Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain Salary: €40,000 base + commission (OTE €45,600) We’re hiring a German-speaking Business Development Manager to join one of the world’s leading toy and game manufacturers. This is a sales-focused role where you’ll build relationships with independent retailers and grow our presence in the DACH market. What you’ll do • Reach out to independent retailers through cold calling • Show the value of partnering with our brand • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships quickly • Understand customer needs and close B2B sales • Plan and deliver high-quality trade fair experiences What we’re looking for • Confident, engaging communicator who can grab attention fast • Target-driven and motivated by results • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection • Natural salesperson who can influence and persuade • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills What you’ll get • €40,000 base salary + commission (OTE €45,600) • 35 days of holiday, with the option to earn more • 4% company pension contribution • Profit share bonus (subject to company performance) • Share Save scheme • 25–50% staff discount on products • Full onboarding and ongoing training • Relocation support Additional details • Full business proficiency in German and fluent English required • Full-time, office-based role in Barcelona • Some international travel, including at least one trade show in the DACH region each year
