As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and generating qualified sales opportunities for one of the world's leading cloud platforms. What You'll Do Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities. Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Understand customer challenges and align business needs with cloud-based solutions. Qualify opportunities and generate a strong sales pipeline. Manage and maintain customer data within Salesforce CRM. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate closely with sales specialists and account executives to drive business growth. What We're Looking For Essential Requirements Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (C1). Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or business development. Proven success in cold calling and prospecting activities. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and digital transformation solutions. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-focused environment. Additional Advantages Experience selling cloud, SaaS, IT, or technology solutions. Understanding of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Familiarity with Google Cloud or other cloud ecosystems. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
