We are looking for a BDR Team Lead to join a fast-growing B2B sales organization in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front - owning outbound success, building team capability, and helping shape the next generation of sales excellence.Our client is committed to helping B2B companies with strong products and services break into new markets and achieve long-term growth. Their mission is rooted in integrity, excellence, and continuous innovation—fueling relentless momentum for their clients.What will you do?Manage a team of 3–5 BDRs, driving performance through 1:1 coaching, training, and structured development plansPersonally deliver 20–25 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month while setting the standard for outbound executionOwn and report on KPIs across SQL volume, response rates, and conversion efficiencyCollaborate with Account Management and Customer Success on outreach strategies and lead feedbackLead weekly performance reviews, standups, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and clarityOptimize outbound workflows, evolve sales playbooks, and maintain excellence in process and toolsOversee and improve use of sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot)Support hiring and onboarding of new team members, contributing to team expansionFoster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration

Requirements

2–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales) Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams German language proficiency (C1+ level or native) Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong understanding of outbound strategy, prospecting via email and phone Hands-on experience with modern sales automation tools Familiarity with signal-based prospecting or automated lead sourcing (a plus) Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset Experience in startups, sales agencies, or SDR-as-a-Service environments (a plus)
