Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of one of the biggest social media company world wide.Your responsibilities as Content Moderator will be: Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform Responsiblity for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of online communities Improving the content management strategy Responsiblity for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level proficiency in german and a minimum B2 level in English A valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizen/ Passport (required) Living or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and practices Excitement about intercultural communication What’s in it for you?
