Requirements

RequirementsSolid Customer Support experience on the phone Familiarity with KPIs Native German and English is mandatoryLocal in Porto or willingness to relocate at own expense University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferredOther languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
