Bringing together professionals from over 80 nationalities enables them to create better and more innovative solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport existing customers with technical and accounting inquiries via phone, chat, and ticket systemConduct online product demonstrations to present software solutions tailored to customer needsIdentify customer needs and collaborate with the sales departmentWork closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a high-quality customer experienceRequirementsNative-level German, C2, and strong English skills, minimum B2Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environmentInterest in technology and IT solutionsWindows and Mac user knowledgeUniversity degree in economics or relevant commercial or technical training is preferredIndependent, solution-oriented, and team-driven mindsetStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customersCompensation€1,785 x 14 salaries€200 monthly meal allowanceApproximate annual base salary of €25,000Up to 20 percent performance bonusStock options between 5 and 15 percent annuallyRegular salary reviewsBenefitsOnsite onboarding at headquarters in Germany.
