Trusted by over 200,000 users across leading brands, they are headquartered in Europe and maintain offices in several major cities. What will you do?Generate and qualify new leads by identifying key decision-makers within target organizations across the DACH marketBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous achievement of acquisition goalsDesign and implement personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, social platforms, and meetingsLead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align the solution accordinglyDeliver tailored product demos and presentations that emphasize value and return on investmentHandle objections confidently and effectively to maintain momentum in the sales processLead commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy-in, and close new business dealsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journeyMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to report progress and ensure transparencyStay informed about market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve acquisition strategyTake ownership of your sales journey with an organization that values boldness, curiosity, and human connection — and shape the future of intelligent spend management.

Requirements

Fluent in German (spoken and written), with excellent English communication skillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in SMB or mid-market environmentsDemonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals in a competitive market, with average sales cycles of 1–4 monthsStrong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to consistently exceed quotasSolid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in various pipeline stagesExcellent storytelling and presentation abilities, with a consultative, customer-centric approachHigh level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve resultsConfident in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
