With a strong and expanding presence across Europe, they help hotels and hospitality groups maximise profitability and stay competitive in an evolving market.Their platform enables hospitality businesses to optimise pricing strategies using real-time data, automation, and advanced analytics — helping customers increase revenue, improve occupancy, and make smarter commercial decisions.You'll be joining an international, ambitious team based in Barcelona, where the culture is collaborative, curious, and driven by ownership and personal growth.THE ROLEAs an SDR focused on the DACH market, you will be responsible for building pipeline and creating new business opportunities for the sales team. This is a key role in the company's expansion into German-speaking markets, engaging hospitality businesses and bringing them into the sales funnel.DAY-TO-DAYProactively prospect and reach out to hospitality businesses across DACH via calls, emails, and LinkedInQualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account ExecutivesManage your pipeline in the CRM and keep activity up to dateCollaborate with the sales team to continuously improve outreach and messagingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORNative-level German and fluent English — both essentialAt least 3 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in SaaSStrong communication skills and confidence with cold outreachResilient, proactive, and motivated to grow in a high-growth environmentAny experience in or knowledge of the hotel industry is a significant advantageWHAT'S ON OFFERBase salary of €30,000 per yearPerformance-based bonus and commission of €20,000 – €25,000 per yearTotal on-target earnings of €55,000 – €65,000 per yearClear career path to Junior Account Executive, with fast-track promotion possible within 6 monthsHybrid working model based in BarcelonaInternational, ambitious, and genuinely supportive teamThe opportunity to be part of the company's DACH expansion from day oneReady to break into SaaS sales?Apply now and join a team redefining hospitality tech across Europe
