German speaking Sales Development Representative Barcelona, Spain Basic Salary: €25.330,00 + up to €4.470,00 gross/year.Responsibilities: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. Consolidate and build the customer base. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements Language Skills: C2 level of German with advanced English skills. 20 months sales experience is preferred. Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight. CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team. Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive. Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment. Business Acumen: strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions. Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-making Customer Focus: customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer experience. Specialized Skills for the German Market: Market Understanding: clear understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business practices. Strategic Thinking: capability to identify and target companies with growth potential. Problem-Solving: complex problem-solving skills to navigate complex contexts.
