Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for one of the leading AI companies worlwide. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipelineConduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goalsDrive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing dealsAchieve and exceed revenue and activity targetsMaintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handoverUpsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
Requirements
Language Skills: C1 level of German and B2 level of EnglishStrong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)Experience in pre-sales/lead qualificationProven experience in B2B sales or business developmentMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experienceStrong communication skills, including C-level interactionExperience using Salesforce or other CRM toolsExperience in outbound sales and cold callingSelf-prospecting capabilitiesRevenue/target-driven mindsetExperience managing or using databasesPreferred QualificationsConsultative selling skillsClient-facing product knowledgeExperience with high-potential clientsUnderstanding of ad tech or AI platformsKey CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skillsResults-driven and resilient mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of organization and time managementAdaptability in a fast-paced environment
