Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Hebrew-speaking Content ModeratorSalary: €1,478 gross per month, including holiday allowance and meal allowance, plus free company accommodation. Alternatively, €1,767 gross per month without accommodation.Working hours: 40 hours per week, working eight-hour shifts on a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday within a 24/7 operation.Relocation package: Flight reimbursement, airport pick-up and free company accommodation.Our client is a global outsourcing company supporting major international brands in more than 30 languages. You will join a multicultural team in Lisbon.As a Content Moderator, your mission will be to help maintain a safe online platform where content complies with community guidelines. You will analyse content posted on social media and determine whether it violates platform policies.Your responsibilities may include:Reviewing videos and determining whether they violate community guidelinesTagging content that breaches platform policies, which may affect its visibility and reachHelping keep the platform safe for all users, particularly younger audiencesReviewing audio, comments, links, user accounts, underage-related content and suggested contentIdentifying and escalating policy violationsMaintaining high standards of accuracy and productivityWorking towards daily and weekly quality targetsPlease note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive or disturbing content, including vulgar material, violence, pornography and misinformation.

Requirements
