An international IT services company is looking for a First Line Analyst with advanced Dutch and German skills to join their multilingual support team in Barcelona.You will be part of a global service desk that provides IT support to users across Europe, helping them solve technical issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.Log and document all calls and actions in the system.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.Collaborate with other team members and departments.

Requirements

Requirements:Advanced level of Dutch and German (spoken and written).Advanced level of English.Interest in IT and willingness to learn.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit.Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
