Indonesian Speaking Quality Assurance Analyst Lisbon, Portugal Salary: €1250–1300 per month This is a work from office role in Oeiras), Monday-Friday 11am-8pm schedule, 12 months contract. About the Role We are currently looking for an Indonesian Speaking Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating various types of online content while ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about quality, content evaluation, and working in a multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate content including audio, video, text, and images Apply quality guidelines accurately and consistently Provide clear written justifications for ratings and decisions Participate in calibration sessions and team quality discussions Conduct peer audits and support training activities when required Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Support recruitment and interview processes for future team members Ensure all KPI and productivity targets are consistently achieved Work across multiple customer projects while maintaining high quality standards Requirements Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Must currently reside in the Greater Lisbon area Must already have legal authorization to work in Portugal: EU Passport OR Portuguese Residence Card What We Offer Competitive monthly salary International and multicultural work environment Training and ongoing support Career development opportunities Opportunity to work with global projects and leading digital platforms
