Requirements
Native-level or C2 German speaker, with a good command of English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Passionate about the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences. Team player with flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Offer
Portuguese employment contract with an initial 12-month term; possibility of permanent contract after 2 years. Paid training (6 working days, 8 hours/day), covering systems, product knowledge, and customer interaction. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00. Monthly gross salary ranging from €1,293 to €1,461, depending on the selected benefits package (with or without company-provided accommodation). Private health insurance from day one of the employment contract. Meal allowance paid via debit card (€7/day), tax-exempt. Accommodation benefit available (tax-free until Dec 2026).
