Originally from Finland, now operational in five countries – and we're just getting started! ????We’re now looking for a Swedish-speaking Junior B2B Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our small team in Barcelona. This role is all about bringing new venues on board from across Sweden – and it’s a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the leap from call center sales or entry-level roles into a professional B2B setting.This is a great opportunity if you already have some sales experience, for example from a call center or junior SDR/BDR role, and you’re now ready to make the jump into B2B sales where you own the entire sales cycle while selling a product that truly brings value to your partners’ businesses. If so, keep reading!What You’ll Be Doing???? Sales outreach: Identify new venue prospects (hotels, bars, restaurants, mansions…), reach out via email and phone, and close deals.???? Onboarding & content creation: Set up new partners on the platform, create listings, and make sure they shine.???? Product demos: Walk new partners through the platform and show them how to get bookings.???? Pipeline management: Keep track of your prospects and follow-ups with discipline.???? Hitting targets: Work towards individual goals for calls, deals, and onboarding.???? Collaboration: Work closely with your supervisor and teammates to grow Sweden together.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For0–1 years of experience in sales – can be from internships, telemarketing or junior SDR/BDR roles where you worked with the early pipeline. This is an entry-level position so don’t worry if you don’t have extensive experience!Fluent Swedish (written & spoken) + comfortable using English as our internal language.Confident on the phone – you’ve already beaten the “cold call fear.”Curious and coachable – you actively seek feedback from more senior colleagues and use it to learn fast.Gritty and growth-minded – you don’t give up after rejection and keep pushing to improve.Eager to learn B2B sales: handling longer cycles, booking meetings, negotiating contract terms and consultative conversations with decision-makers.Interested in tech startups and international business.Organized & consistent in following up leads and keeping your pipeline warm.Team player who enjoys building things together and keeping the vibe positive.

What’s on the tableStart Date: Flexible, preferably during NovemberContract: Permanent with full-time hours (40h/week)Compensation: For entry-level employees, the first year is between 20,000€–24,000€ (annual gross) depending on your experience. After the first year, you’ll step into a mid-level role with a higher earnings bracket.Location: Barcelona.
