Help us bring card acceptance to the masses!In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships.What you’ll doSupport new merchants during onboarding, guiding them through setup and activation of SumUp products (Card Readers, POS Lite/Plus/Pro, Kiosk)Drive early product adoption by assisting with key activation steps, training sessions, and first transaction goalsMonitor merchant activity, proactively reaching out to inactive users to offer support and boost engagementCollaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of onboarding experienceRespond to inquiries and troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating complex cases and covering the inbound support line as needed

Requirements
