Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offeringoutsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for– Learning and Quality Specialist with German and English.Responsibilities:*Create and deliver training sessions for new team members;*Work closely with other teams to find out what training is needed;*Check how well agents perform after training;*Listen to and review calls, emails, and chats to ensure quality;*Plan and carry out monthly call monitoring activities;*Join meetings with clients and managers to share monitoring results.Qualifications:*At least 12 months of call center experience, ideally as a mentor or specialist;*Strong skills in coaching and supporting others;*Good knowledge of quality standards in customer service;*Able to work well with different teams and managers;*Comfortable giving feedback and improving training content;*Experience writing quality reports and tracking progress*Excellent German and English skills.Our client offers:*Standard working hours – Monday to Friday;*Competitive salary;*Daily meal allowance;*Performance bonuses;*Relocation package, if needed;*Fully paid training from day one.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
