This role is not your typical customer service position; it's a sales role that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries. Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent will be:Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email, identifying sales opportunitiesManage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility of growing revenue for their businessResearch and discover fundamental understanding of verticals/market/s industry andclient business modelsIdentify sales opportunities and provide clients tailored solution/s to meet their goalsProactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights and optimizeDevelop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects.Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You love advertising and salesYou have 3 years of experience overall with a year of sales experience within Ad sales and Digital MarketingStrong negotiation skills: You have the ability to sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the dealYou know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful salesrationale using data and research.Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent problem-solving abilitiesYou are autonomous, organized, punctual and adaptableA native level of Dutch and an English Level C1/C2 Eligibility to work in Portugal What’s in it for you?Contract Type: Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial periodBase Salary gross: €2000 per 12 monthsPerformance bonus gross: €600 per 12 monthsHealth Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)For candidates who need to relocate: Relocation Package: Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months (Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 economy class)Housing: Apartment Room (private room, shared apartment) with rent of €280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)Fulltime, office-based job from Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM Your Future Company:2 French entrepreneurs created a startup in 2000 and today they are leading a global brand.
