Swedish-Speaking Ad Sales Account Executive Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site) Salary: €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 gross/year bonus Contract: Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday) About the Role We’re looking for a Swedish-speaking Ad Sales Account Executive to grow our digital advertising business in the Nordic market. This is a hybrid role covering business development, full-cycle sales, and early account management. You’ll prospect new clients, run discovery and sales conversations, close deals, and support customers during their first months to ensure a strong start and long-term success. What You’ll Do Business Development & Prospecting Build and prioritize outbound target lists focused on high-potential accounts Run targeted outbound campaigns via calls, email, and social media Research the market to identify new opportunities and leads Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and fit Sales & Deal Closing Assess client objectives, audiences, and budgets Deliver tailored sales pitches and advertising proposals Lead sales conversations with decision-makers, including senior stakeholders Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close Negotiate terms and consistently hit revenue and activity targets Early Account Management Act as the main contact for clients during the first 90 days after closing Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations Work closely with internal teams (ad ops, creative, analytics) Identify upsell and expansion opportunities Nordic Market Expertise Strong understanding of Nordic business culture and market dynamics Ability to build trust with Nordic clients and agencies Skilled in managing complex stakeholder structures Analytical and strategic mindset to spot growth opportunities Nice to Have Experience with Pinterest advertising Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Employment with the world’s largest contact center services provider Modern, business-casual work environment International team with a strong social culture Ongoing training and career development opportunities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar 2+ years of experience in sales (business development and/or account management) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and social media Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills Highly organized and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline Fluent Norwegian (C1) and strong English
