Through a smartphone-based app and a range of tools including card readers, invoicing, and online store solutions, they enable merchants to manage sales, accept payments, and grow their business efficiently across Europe and South America.What will you do?Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chatSupport user onboarding and assist with new account creationHelp customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related questionsTroubleshoot technical issues related to the app, card reader, and accessoriesAssist with financial queries such as transactions, deposits, and reportsProvide clear and professional information about products and servicesEscalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessaryEnsure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

Requirements

Candidate profile Fluent in Norwegian and good command of English Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic technical understanding and computer skills Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Offer
