Our client is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Ad Sales Account Executive to drive growth across the Nordic market.In this role, you will combine business development, full-cycle sales, and early-stage account management to build long-term advertising partnerships. With a strong presence across multiple markets, they offer structured career paths, continuous development, and a collaborative work culture.What will you do?Identify, enrich, and prioritize outbound target lists focusing on high-potential Nordic accountsExecute targeted outbound sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadershipConduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to decision-makersPerform in-depth discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs and advertising goalsDevelop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to senior stakeholdersManage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed dealNegotiate terms and close new business while ensuring a smooth handoverAct as the main point of contact during the first 90 days after closingMonitor campaign performance and provide optimization insightsIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions
Requirements
Candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not a must) Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, combining business development and account executive or account management responsibilities C1 level of Norwegian and advanced level of English Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media ecosystems Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
