What you'll doBe the point of contact for customers across the market; Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return; Clarify questions related to the product, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options; Ensure smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution; Support quality service delivery aligned with the brand's mission; Contribute to the achievement of the brand's operational objectives.
Requirements
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (C2); Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; Experience in Customer Service and Sales (preferred).
