Location: Porto PortugalRole: Polish speaking Customer AdvisorSalary: 1050 Euro gross p/m (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation OR 1306 euro gross per month (without company accommodation). Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week rotational between Monday to Sunday 24x7 operation - rotational shiftsAs a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer assistance related to infrastructure and mobility services. You will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring accurate information, efficient problem resolution, and a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and/or chat, ensuring accurate and professional responsesProvide clear information and support related to the client’s products and servicesManage customer cases efficiently, following internal procedures and quality standardsAccurately document interactions and updates in internal systems

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Polish and EnglishCustomer-focused and service-oriented approachComfortable using multiple digital systems and toolsAbility to handle telephone, email, and chat interactionsReliable, adaptable, and quick to learn
