Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal Compensation You can choose between two salary options: • Option 1: €1,050 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in shared company apartment) • Option 2: €1,306 gross/month without accommodation ________________________________________ ________________________________________ Role Overview As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to customers via email and phone in both Polish and English. Your role will focus on supporting road users, ensuring accurate toll collection, handling debt-related communication, and promoting relevant services when applicable. You will play an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s financial and operational goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for vehicles over 3.5 tons (primarily trucks). • Provide direct support to drivers, transport companies, and logistics businesses. • Answer questions regarding road usage and regulations. • Ensure accurate toll and revenue collection. • Manage debt-related communication with customers. • Promote additional services when relevant. • Contribute to achieving overall company objectives. ________________________________________ Working Hours • 40 hours per week • 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break • Rotational 24/7 shift schedule ________________________________________ Accommodation Option If you choose the accommodation package, the company provides a private room in a shared apartment for at least the first 14 months of your stay. The apartments are fully furnished and include: • Equipped kitchen • Living room with cable TV • Wireless internet • All utilities covered (water, electricity, gas, cable TV, internet – within reasonable use limits) Apartments are typically located 20–60 minutes from the workplace. Upon arrival, you will receive bed sheets, pillows, and a towel.
