Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of Polish. Good level of English (oral and written).Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision.CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player.Specialized Skills for the Polish Market:Polish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Polish business culture.
