Available shift: 09:00 - 20:00hRelocation package: accommodation for 1-2 weeks plus flightAs an essential part of an international customer service team for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role will involve listening, responding, and mediating between our global travellers and accommodation suppliers from around the world, consistently ensuring a high level of customer service. You will clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical requirements, provide accurate information, and follow established processes through both email and phone communication.
