With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment. What will you do?Provide support for customer online orders across the entire journey, including delivery, returns, payments, and refundsHandle sensitive customer and client information in accordance with PCI and GDPR policiesLiaise with customers, carriers, couriers, financial institutions, other CSR’s, and internal departmentsMaintain the highest customer service standardsRecognize, analyze, and escalate complex problems using the Knowledge BaseContribute to project goals in a collaborative team setting

Requirements

Candidate profile Fluent in Swedish and EnglishHigh school diploma EU passport or existing local Portuguese work documentationClean criminal recordStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAble to handle sensitive information with integrityTeam-oriented and goal-driven
