You’ll have access to free learning and leadership development programs to help you build the career you envision. What you will do in this roleSupport Customer Service agents’ development through training, coaching, and quality actionsDeliver onboarding and training for new agents and follow up on mandatory trainingsIdentify individual and team skill gaps and coordinate training plans with Team Managers and the global training teamMonitor and evaluate customer interactions using Quality Assurance toolsAnalyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areasConduct Quality Assurance feedback and coaching sessions with agentsSupport Team Managers in achieving quality and efficiency targetsAct as an expert in CS procedures, policies, and standard processesContribute to improving training materials, tools, and operational processesProactively identify business risks and communicate customer journey pain points to stakeholders

Requirements
