Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology thatdelivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we arelooking for – Travel Claims Advisor with German and English.Responsibilities:*Handle calls, chats, and messages with care and empathy – even in high-stress or urgent situations;*Review and resolve claims under the platform’s host and guest protection programs;*Support users in sensitive safety-related cases, applying a calm and informed approach;*Accurately log case details and maintain data privacy across all platforms;*Spot recurring issues, suggest improvements, and escalate when needed;*Draft clear, friendly, and helpful responses tailored to each user’s situation.Qualifications:*Relevant experience in claims, insurance, disputes, or risk/fraud investigation is a plus;*Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken);*Naturally empathetic and confident in handling sensitive conversations;*Comfortable assessing damages or losses in property, vehicle, or contents;*Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving instincts;*Adaptable and tech-savvy – thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Our client offers:*Full-time job (40 hours/week), Monday - Sunday 07:00 – 22:00 (Summer) and 08:00 –23:00 (Winter);*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance- based incentives;*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;*Daily meal allowance plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, which can be received monthly or as a lump sum;*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Portuguese publicholidays, following national labor laws;*Assistance with temporary and permanent accommodation, travel reimbursement, andfinancial support for the first few months;*Fully paid training from day one, plus medical and dental insurance included after sixmonths.
