Requirements

Native (C1+) level of TurkishWillingness to relocate to Portugal or based thereGood level of English (B2)Experience in Customer Support is an advantageStrong ability to work independently and as a team playerProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdaptable and flexible, demonstrating the ability to work with process and information changesStrong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applicationsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)EU passport or valid Portuguese residency permit
