Description
Deliver customer support via chat, email, and phone in Ukrainian and English.Make outbound calls when required to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service products.Assist customers with product features and troubleshooting.Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve the customer experience.Build strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service.
Requirements
Native or near-native Ukrainian (C2).English (B2) or higher.EU Passport or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service experience is an advantage.Comfortable handling confidential information.Motivated to work in an international and multicultural environment.
