Workster is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris, France.This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales. You’ll represent premium beauty products, engage directly with customers, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. No previous sales experience is required, as full training is provided.For eligible candidates relocating to France, the company provides relocation support, including a paid flight to Paris and accommodation at a subsidized daily rate.Your RoleRepresent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmeticsApproach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experienceUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty productsDemonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectivelyBuild strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunitiesWork towards individual and team sales targetsMaintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standardsWork full-time on-site in Paris, with rotating schedules within 08:00–19:00Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day in an energetic retail environment

Requirements

French B2 or aboveEnglish B2 or aboveEnergetic, positive, confident, and highly motivatedStrong communication and people skillsSales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skillsComfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environmentPrevious sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not requiredAvailable to work full-time in ParisEU citizenship or a valid French work permit is required
